Open the Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm

Minutes of Last Meeting

The minutes from the last meeting were approved.

Treasurer's Report

The treasurers report was read and approved. $838.66 in General Fund and $4222.24 in VG fund. VG budget was cut this year- we will receive $4000 for this fiscal year.

Old Business:

Planting Day:

	We voted to hire Integral to plant two trees at Memorial Park, one in memory of former Trustee Tim Thayer. Trees are concolor fir and blue spruce. Cost is $853.
	The Baright's will receive the "Friends of Village Green" award this year. Ev is preparing a framed certificate.
	23 trees will arrive Tuesday.
	Dan, highway supervisor, will dig holes for planting. Two other employees will help on planting day.
	Jeanne and Linda will coordinate lunch which will be held at the Elmendorph.
	Meet Sunday evening to mark tree planting locations.

Grant: Brenda turned in 1st expenses toward our DEC grant.

New Business:

Fall Planting 2007: Ev and Dave and Brenda met with Ken Giek about trees at the cemetery. We agreed to order trees for them with our fall order and are willing to help with tree selection.

We voted to pay $150 to move the London Plane tree, formerly located at the Village Bldg, to Abrahams Park.

Dave is researching a memorial "Tree" to hang on the wall of the remodeled Village building.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday, May 24 at 7:00 PM at the temporary Village Building.
