The minutes from the last meeting were not reviewed.

Old Business:  

Grant Application  The Village of Red Hook was awarded $7500 from the NYS DEC for the planting of trees over a 2 year period along Firehouse Lane.  Congratulations to the Village Green for receiving this grant.

Treasurers Report -No report was provided. 

New Business:

Arbor Day Celebration - final details were discussed about the upcoming Arbor Day celebration, commemorative tree presentation and spring planting day.   Lunch will be provided for the planters and 4H volunteers following the planting at Village Hall.

Tree City USA - The Village of Red Hook has, once again, been named as a "Tree City".  

Fundraising - nothing to report at this time.
