Meetings Open the Meeting The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. Minutes of Last Meeting The minutes from the last meeting were not reviewed. Old Business: Grant Application -the committee is waiting to hear about the status of the grant application. We should hear by the end of February. Treasurers Report -No treasurers report was available at the meeting. Evelyn will have an updated report at the next meeting. Website - the website is in the process of being updated. It should be updated in the next few weeks. Dave Seymour suggested that we include as many pictures as possible. New Business: Year in Review - Reviewed accomplishments of the past year and the goals for 2006. Tree pruning - some of the trees identified still need to be pruned by Central Hudson. We will follow up with them. Arbor Day Celebration - ideas were discussed about some Arbor Day events. More to be discussed next month. Motion to Close Meeting · The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. Next Meeting: Our next meeting will be held on February 21, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. |
