Meetings

We held our Solstice Pruning on June 21st in lieu of a regular monthly meeting.

Four members of the Village Green committee attended and began pruning street trees that were planted in 2003. This pruning is a necessary part of tree maintenance that helps the trees grow straight and prevents damage to the trees during wind and weather. We trimmed suckers that were growing out of the tree trunk, and dead or rubbing branches.

Residents of the village may see volunteers pruning trees this month as we finish pruning these young trees.
