9:00 am: Meet at Abraham's Park for memorial tree planting

9:30 am - planting throughout the village

12:00 noon - meet at memorial park for a commemorative tree planting, poetry reading by Mill Road 3-5 students, and reading of the proclamation

12:30 - Lunch for volunteers
